                 CUSTOMER SERVICE

Southern Coach has earned the highest possible customer service status in our industry.  If you are experiencing a problem with one of our products, you may do one of the following:

  • Contact the dealer that you purchased the vehicle from to arrange a service appointment, during this repair the dealer may send the vehicle to us (we recommend this) or the dealer may order parts and perform the repair at the dealership.

  • Contact our customer service department to arrange an appointment for you to bring your vehicle to us.  Contact us: (336) 996-6807 or custservice@southerncoach.net as this type of appointment requires confirmation from us in writing to insure we have the proper parts ready.

  • If you are traveling away from home, the closest Chevrolet or GMC dealer to you may perform warranty repairs.  Have the dealership call before attempting a repair so that we can assist them.

  • Again, if you wish to bring your Southern Coach to us for service we would welcome the opportunity, BUT YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT FIRST, WHICH WE WILL CONFIRM IN WRITING, via email or fax, so that we can have the proper parts & staff available.

  • Under our warranty you are responsible for: Bulbs, fuses, tire rotation, headlamps, proper paint care, seating adjustments, tire balancing, wheel alignment, alternate transportation, cleaning and normal or scheduled maintenance.
