The specially developed composite shelves and end panels eliminate
the traditional metal-on-metal noise.
The interior is 120 pounds lighter than comparable all-steel
interiors, increasing payload potential or fuel efficiency.
CSS conforms to the van wall better than any interior available
today. By contouring with the walls and staggering the placement of
the shelves, CSS provides maximum storage space that is all useable.
CSS fits flawlessly into GM as well as Ford vans.
The modular design of Contour Storage System allows a van interior
to be customized to suit a customer’s specific needs. CSS can be
reconfigured while in the van by adding shelves, dividers, doors and
drawers. CSS is the perfect van interior. Anyone from large fleets
to end users can easily custom configure the interior to meet their
specific and unique needs by building off the base interior package.
CSS’s composite shelves and end panels are durable and strong.
Both are made from composite materials that are lightweight and
impact resistant. No rust or dents ever again!
CSS’s composite material construction makes this the quietest
bulkhead on the road. The composite bulkhead features a 4” setback
behind the driver’s seat for additional seat recline. This
additional seat recline makes a huge improvement in driver comfort.
The standard bulkhead is lockable and allows for walk through from
the cabin to the cargo area. The bulkhead door can be bolted shut
for those applications where the walk through feature is not
desired.
